Empathy is the skill of seeing things from another point of view, even and especially those you can’t stand or fathom. Simply shifting your perspective is the practice. And we believe that practice is the key to every relationship, whether between colleagues or communities, companies and consumers, neighbors or nations.

Developed over 20 years of practice in observational research, this curriculum offers accessible tools for individuals and teams to better understand, connect, and respond to those around them.
