Founder and CEO, Karen Faith is an ethnographer, strategist, and creator of the Others curriculum.

Karen brings humor and heart to audiences everywhere with a unique style that inspires and educates listeners with stories and studies on being human in a very strange time.

Karen Faith is the CEO of Others Unlimited, an empathy training company founded in 2021 because, as she sees it, “all problems are people problems.”

Previously an ethnographer, her work has shaped initiatives at Google, Amazon, Indeed, Intuit, Applebee’s, Blue Cross, The Federal Reserve Bank, The NBA, The ACLU, and The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, to name only the cool ones. She’s an empathy trainer named Karen, and the joke isn’t lost on her. Which is how she’s owned mics across 5 continents, and in August of 2022, gave a TEDx talk that has since racked up nearly 2M views.
